Nikon UK have announced a new Cashback promotion on purchasing up to two FX lenses listed below in conjunction with a Nikon D4, D800 or D800E body.

Customers will be entitled to claim up to £180 cashback when purchasing any of the selected lenses listed below in conjunction with a Nikon D4, D800 or D800E body.

Cashback can be redeemed for up to two qualifying lenses per body. The camera body and lens(es) can be purchased in separate transactions within the promotional period.

The Titanic 6mm f/2.8 Fisheye-Nikkor now on YouTube

Our recent sale of a rare £100,000 Nikon fisheye lens, dwarfing any camera it is attached to and said to be able to ‘see behind itself’; caused an internet sensation when it was reported on April 23rd by Amateur Photographer magazine.

The Fisheye-Nikkor 6mm f/2.8 as photographed by Tony Hurst and seen above, was credited as the world’s most extreme wide-angle lens to cover the 24x36mm image area when it was unveiled at the Photokina trade show in Cologne, Germany in 1970.
