Thank you to everyone who submitted photographs to the July ‘Macro’ themed competition. This month the competition was very tough, and rigorous voting needed to be taken to decide our final winner.
Despite the fantastic variety of weird and wonderful insect subjects sent through for this month’s competition, these two lovely ladybirds certainly stood out. It was down to a tight vote but we finally have our winner:

Photographs must be taken on Nikon equipment. No more than two photographs per entrant, downsized to a maximum of 10mb per image. Please enclose the details of the Nikon equipment and settings used when entering your submissions.
